The Rising World Foundation was founded by Marina Shaikh with a commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities across India.
The Foundation works across areas connected with humanitarian assistance, women's empowerment, healthcare, children, education and community development.
At the heart of its philosophy is a simple principle:

The Foundation has undertaken humanitarian and community initiatives independently as well as through collaborations with organisations sharing similar objectives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it became actively involved in relief efforts, helping provide essential food, medical supplies and oxygen support. Its subsequent initiatives have continued to address both immediate needs and longer-term community development.
For Marina, The Rising World Foundation represents more than an organisation. It represents the practical expression of a lifelong commitment to service.
